Lighting represents some 20-30 percent of electric end-use in most industrialised countries, and an even larger share in some lesser developed countries. Induction lighting technology has shown the potential to drastically reduce lighting energy demand and costs while simultaneously improving productivity and human well-being (international electricity analysis to 2025).

By using Indo Induction Lighting, energy usage will be greatly reduced plus substantial maintenance costs are cut. For example, an 85W Indo Induction Lamp can directly replace a 100W Metal Halide saving 15% in energy usage and providing 4 times the lamp life.

Also, the white light of Induction lamps offers at least 3 times higher visual acuity than High Pressure Sodium (HPS) yellow light. So a 120W Indo Lamp provides more accurate, better distributed and longer lasting light than a 250W HPS.
